LandTech Resources, Inc., a multi disciplinary firm, provides surveying and engineering services for the greater Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. Founded in 1998, LandTech prides itself with over 60 years of combined experience from their licensed surveyors and professional engineer. Although considered a small firm, having just 10 employees, our professional and field staff provides excellent service to our clients.

The engineering department focuses on preparing site development plans and subdivision plans for county approval and construction. Working together with local environmental firms, our engineering department stays up to date with environmental regulations and requirements.
