LRI has substantial experience providing support for various projects with Virginia military bases to include: Langley Air Force Base, Camp Peary, Naval Weapons Station, Naval Station Norfolk, Fort Eustis, Harvey Point Defense, Defense Supply Center, and Fort Pickett.

Project Highlights
Stonehouse Landbay 5
LRI provided civil site design services for the construction of a 180 unit section of single and multi-family homes within the planned Stonehouse Development. During construction LRI was also contracted to perform weekly E&S inspections of the site as well as construction stakeout for the site improvements.
Frothy Moon Brewhouse
LRI was contracted to assist in the redevelopment of a former nursery into a new brewery in James City County. Being designated an economic development project LRI worked with both the county and client to ensure a timely approval of the revitalization site plan.
Jacob's Industrial Park
LRI provided civil site design and subdivision plat services for the creation of a 87 Acre industrial park located in James City County. After the original project lots were created LRI has assisted numerous properties within the industrial park to assist them with their individual site plan needs and approvals.
Michael Commons
Michael Commons is an office complex made up of 24 individual buildings containing 69 units. LRI provided the civil site design, subdivision platting, and construction stakeout for this project. The complex now houses a range of local business including finical, legal, health, and real estate services.
