Geotechnical

LRI provides geotechnical services for residential and light commercial projects throughout the Richmond and Hampton Roads area. Field testing is performed under direct supervision of licensed professional engineers. Geotechnical reports are prepared to include soil classification, shrink swell results and foundation design recommendations.
