Dawson Landing

LRI was contracted to create a 6 lot subdivision in the middle of York County, VA off of Dare Road. Initial work consisted of a topographic survey of the subject parcel with wetland flag location. After coordinating with the client and York County it was determined 6 lots would fit on the subject parcel. A civil site plan and subdivision plat were completed and approved by York County.
