Governor's Inn Apartments

Project Overview:

LRI was contracted to complete the entire Governor's Inn redevelopment beginning with a site survey all the way to construction stakeout. A civil site plan and rezoning process was also required for the project to be approved. LRI worked diligently with the owner to ensure the final design would work well with the challenging topography and to ensure construction costs remained within budget.
